S&S Associates is a firm of Chartered Accountants, which has been providing professional services to the public, private and development sectors for more than a
decade. Initially, it was registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) in the year 2004 AD. as S. Sharma & Associates and later the firm name
changed to S&S Associates in the year 2014 AD. The firm has three partners and is currently managed under the leadership of Managing Partner, Sudhir Kumar Sharma
along with other partners Arvind Das Joshi and Sandesh Pokharel. All of them are Fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA). Mr. Sharma and Mr Joshi has over two and half decade of professional experience. Similarly, Mr. Pokharel has over a decade of experience in auditing and advisory services in various spectrum of industry. It is one of the leading, reputed and oldest accounting and auditing firm in Nepal.

The Firm has expanded its operations in recent years, with consistent effort to transform its more traditional activities of accounting and auditing to emerge as a multi disciplinary professional services firm, in order to provide its clients, improve business performance and achieve competitive advantage. It has more than 25 permanent staff comprising of experienced professionals who have advanced degrees and professional qualification.

We have networking arrangement with other chartered accountants, management experts, computer specialists, engineers, marketing experts, economists, statisticians, legal advisors and operation research analysts as resource persons who are available as and when required. The arrangement enables the firm to handle assignments of varied size and nature as well as to deliver the services in due time.

We are recognized ACCA Approved Employer – Trainee Development Gold by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) since 2018.
